This website
This website tells you about our products and links to our Etsy shop. You can use it freely for that. Please do not misuse it, for example by trying to break into it, overload it or copy it in bulk. We may change or withdraw the site or any product at any time.
Buying
You cannot buy on this website. All sales happen on Etsy and your contract is made there, under Etsy's terms and the policies in our Etsy shop, including refunds. Before you buy, check the listing on Etsy for the final price, what you get and the licence.
Prices shown here come from Etsy. Prices marked "at launch" are planned prices for products not on Etsy yet, and may change. Products marked "coming soon" are not yet for sale and may change or never launch. The listing on Etsy is the one that counts.
Digital downloads and your rights
Our products are digital files; nothing is posted. Etsy explains at checkout how the usual right to cancel works for downloads, which normally ends once you agree to immediate download and it starts. Your legal rights still apply: downloads must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something is wrong, message us on Etsy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
Pictures and descriptions
Many pictures and videos here are 3D renders or illustrations made to show a product, not photographs of it. Colours and finished results can vary with your screen, printer and materials. We aim to keep descriptions accurate; tell us if you spot a mistake.
Our content and licences
The text, pictures, videos, designs and the lilPinkRobot name and robot on this site belong to lilPinkRobot or are used with permission. You may not copy or resell them. What you may make and sell with a purchased file is set by that listing's licence.
Other websites and trademarks
We link to other sites such as Etsy and are not responsible for them. Other names and trademarks belong to their owners.
This Application uses Etsy's API, but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy. The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc.
Our Pinterest app
Our Pinterest app is a private tool for our own Pinterest account. It follows Pinterest's Developer Guidelines and Terms of Service, and we use it only to share our own products.
Responsibility
This free website is offered as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable. We are not responsible for business losses from using it. We do not limit liability for anything the law does not allow us to limit, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your consumer rights.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts, and you keep any mandatory protections where you live.
