Who is responsible for your data
lilPinkRobot sells digital downloads on Etsy at etsy.com/shop/LilPinkRobot. We are the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: message us through our Etsy shop.
What we handle, why, and our legal basis
- Website visits. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, approximate location worked out from it, browser details and the pages requested. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a safe, working website. We do not use it to identify you or build a profile of you.
- Orders. Etsy shares what we need to fulfil your order, such as your name, Etsy username and what you bought. Legal basis: performing our contract with you, and legal obligations such as tax records.
- Messages. If you message us on Etsy, we use your details and message to reply. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, or performing our contract if it is about an order.
We do not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you. Do not send us card details or other sensitive information: we never need them.
Cookies and storage on your device
This website sets no cookies and saves nothing in your browser's storage, so there is nothing to accept or turn off. We load no analytics, advertising or social media trackers, and our fonts, pictures and videos come from our own site. We do not remember what you viewed or chose: a filter or layout you pick on the shop page sits only in that page's web address.
Following a link to Etsy, Pinterest or another site takes you to that site, which has its own cookies and policies. A brand-new Etsy listing may briefly show its picture directly from Etsy until our next update; Etsy then receives your browser's request for that picture.
Who receives data
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this website: Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Etsy runs checkout, payment and delivery of downloads, as its own controller: Etsy privacy policy.
- Authorities or advisers, where the law requires it.
Our prices come from Etsy's public listing data. Our server asks Etsy for them; your details are not part of that request.
International transfers
These providers may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. They set out the safeguards they rely on in their own policies, linked above.
How long we keep it
- Hosting logs: for the period set by Cloudflare. We do not copy them or keep our own.
- Order details: as long as Etsy keeps them, and our records for up to 6 years for tax and legal reasons.
- Messages: up to 2 years after we last dealt with you, unless they relate to an order.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal data, and ask us to correct or delete it, restrict its use, or transfer it. You can object to our use based on legitimate interests. These rights have limits, for example where we must keep tax records. Message us through our Etsy shop. It is free, and we normally reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please complain to us first in the same way. We will acknowledge it within 30 days and tell you the outcome. You can also complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office.
Children
This website and our shop are meant for adults. Etsy sets its own age rules for buying. We do not knowingly collect children's data; if you think we have, please tell us and we will delete it.
Our Pinterest app
The lilPinkRobot Pinterest app is a private tool for our own Pinterest business account. It is not offered to the public and does not sign in anyone else.
With our permission, given through Pinterest's own sign-in screen, the app uses the Pinterest API to:
- read our own account details, boards and pins;
- create and update boards and pins on our account, using our own product images and links to our own listings and website;
- read basic statistics for our own pins.
The access token Pinterest gives us is stored only on our own computer and is never shared. We do not collect, store, sell or share data about other Pinterest users, and we do not use Pinterest data for advertising or profiling. Data about our own account stays in our own records until we delete it. See the Pinterest Privacy Policy.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
